Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
SOVT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the SOVT Ambassador Program (“Program”), operated by MyTrends Inc. under the SOVT brand (“SOVT,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By applying for, accepting an invitation to, or participating in the Program, you (“Ambassador,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and any additional written program-specific terms provided to you.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The SOVT Ambassador Program allows approved individuals, content creators, and influencers to promote SOVT products through authorized promotional channels.
Approved Ambassadors may receive unique referral links, promotional codes, commissions, product samples, or other benefits, subject to their individual program arrangements.
Participation is subject to SOVT’s approval. We may accept or reject applications based on legitimate business considerations. Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally permitted to participate. Participation does not guarantee compensation, free products, or continued membership.
AMBASSADOR APPLICATION AND APPROVAL
To participate, you must submit accurate and complete information. SOVT may review your social media profiles, content, audience, and promotional practices before approving your application.
You agree to:
• Provide truthful and current information.
• Maintain accurate contact and payment details.
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
• Use only referral links and promotional codes authorized by SOVT.
• Notify SOVT of material changes affecting your participation.
Ambassador accounts, links, and codes may not be transferred, sold, or shared with unauthorized third parties. Unless expressly authorized, each individual may maintain only one Ambassador account.
AMBASSADOR LINKS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
Approved Ambassadors may receive a unique referral link or promotional code to promote eligible SOVT products. Links and codes must be used solely for authorized promotional activities.
SOVT may modify, suspend, replace, or deactivate them when reasonably necessary for operational, security, compliance, or program-related reasons.
Commissions will only be attributed to eligible transactions properly recorded by SOVT’s designated tracking systems. SOVT is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser restrictions, privacy settings, ad blockers, incorrect links, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
COMMISSIONS AND COMPENSATION
Eligible Ambassadors may earn commissions on qualifying purchases attributable to their approved referral links or promotional codes. The commission rate, eligible products, attribution rules, payment schedule, and minimum payout threshold, if any, will be communicated separately in writing or through the official Ambassador platform.
Unless otherwise specified, commissions are calculated using the net merchandise purchase amount actually received by SOVT, excluding:
• Sales taxes and other applicable taxes
• Shipping and handling charges
• Discounts and promotional reductions
• Refunded or canceled orders
• Returned merchandise
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Commissions may be adjusted or reversed when an underlying transaction is refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise ineligible. No commissions are payable on self-referrals, artificially generated purchases, or prohibited promotions.
SOVT may correct tracking errors and reconcile balances in good faith. Commission-rate changes apply prospectively unless otherwise agreed in writing. Earned and undisputed commissions will be paid under the communicated payment terms.
PERMITTED PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Ambassadors may promote SOVT products through approved channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, personal blogs, websites, and other social media platforms approved by SOVT.
Promotional content must be truthful, authentic, professional, and consistent with SOVT’s brand guidelines. Ambassadors may share genuine product experiences subject to advertising disclosure requirements. Product claims must be accurate, substantiated where required, and consistent with information authorized by SOVT.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Ambassadors may not mislead customers, damage SOVT intellectual property, or interfere with Program integrity. Prohibited activities include:
• Buying ads targeting SOVT trademarks or confusingly similar search terms without written authorization.
• Posting links or codes on unauthorized coupon, discount, cashback, or deal websites.
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
• Creating fake accounts, purchases, clicks, or referrals.
• Misrepresenting their relationship with SOVT or impersonating official accounts.
• Making false or unsubstantiated product claims.
• Using copyrighted content without permission.
• Offering unauthorized discounts or incentives.
• Using bots, automated traffic, or deceptive tracking methods.
• Promoting SOVT through unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.
Ambassadors may not enter into agreements on behalf of SOVT. Violations may result in suspension or termination and withholding or reversal of commissions directly associated with prohibited activity, subject to applicable law.
ADVERTISING DISCLOSURES AND FTC COMPLIANCE
Ambassadors must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, endorsement, and disclosure requirements, including U.S. Federal Trade Commission endorsement guidelines.
Whenever an Ambassador has a material connection with SOVT, including commissions, free products, discounts, or other benefits, that connection must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed.
Examples include “Ad,” “Sponsored,” “Paid partnership with SOVT,” or “I earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”
Disclosures must be noticeable, understandable, and appropriately placed. An affiliate link, brand tag, or platform disclosure tool alone may not satisfy all requirements. Ambassadors must express honest opinions and may not claim to have used products they have not experienced. SOVT may request corrections or removal of noncompliant content.
CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
SOVT retains all rights in its trademarks, logos, product images, brand materials, and other intellectual property. Ambassadors receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved branding solely for authorized Program activities.
Ambassadors retain ownership of original content, subject to any separate written licensing agreement. Program participation does not automatically give SOVT unrestricted ownership or perpetual advertising rights to Ambassador-created content. Paid-advertising or other commercial use beyond ordinary sharing requires applicable permission or a separate written agreement.
Ambassadors must obtain permissions for music, images, likenesses, and other third-party materials.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Ambassadors may receive non-public information about product releases, pricing, campaigns, and business strategy. They must not disclose or misuse confidential information without prior written authorization, except as required by law.
These obligations do not apply to information publicly available through no breach or lawfully obtained independently. Nothing prevents legally protected reporting, disclosures to government agencies, or other protected activities.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Ambassadors participate as independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers. Participation does not create an employment relationship or entitlement to employee benefits. Ambassadors are responsible for their own expenses, taxes, and legally required registrations.
Ambassadors cannot bind SOVT to obligations. Legal classification depends on applicable law and the actual working arrangement, regardless of these Terms.
TAXES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Ambassadors are responsible for reporting income and satisfying applicable tax obligations. SOVT may request IRS Forms W-9 or W-8, as appropriate, before payment. Payments may be delayed when required tax or payment information is missing. SOVT may issue tax reporting forms as required by law.
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
SOVT may update Program policies, commissions, promotional guidelines, and participation requirements. Material changes affecting compensation or obligations will be communicated through reasonable channels, including email or the designated Ambassador platform. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or agreed. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Either party may terminate participation by written notice. SOVT may immediately suspend or terminate for fraud, unlawful conduct, material violations, or threats to customer or platform security.
Upon termination:
• Referral links and promotional codes may be deactivated.
• The Ambassador must stop unauthorized use of SOVT branding.
• Confidentiality obligations continue.
• Valid, earned, undisputed commissions remain payable under applicable terms, subject to lawful adjustments.
Termination does not affect obligations intended to survive.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
By participating, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18), have authority to accept these Terms, will comply with applicable laws, will not knowingly infringe third-party rights, will make truthful and non-misleading product statements, and will follow advertising disclosure requirements. You agree to reasonably cooperate with legitimate compliance inquiries.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTrends Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and representatives against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses directly arising from your material breach, unlawful promotional conduct, or infringement of third-party rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from SOVT’s own negligence, misconduct, or breach of law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOVT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Program participation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or eliminates the obligation to pay valid, earned commissions.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws provide otherwise. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The parties may first seek informal resolution through written communication.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with applicable written Program-specific arrangements, govern participation. Individually negotiated written compensation terms control in the event of a conflict about compensation.
