participate as a plaintiff or class member in a class action;
consolidate claims with another person's claims;
bring claims in a representative capacity;

except where applicable law does not permit such a waiver.

29. ARBITRATION OPT-OUT

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase from SOVT.

your full name;
order number;
email address associated with the order;
a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Opting out of arbitration will not affect your ability to purchase products from SOVT.

30. SMALL CLAIMS COURT

Nothing in the arbitration section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court where the claim qualifies.

31. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions above.

Where a dispute is not subject to arbitration and venue may lawfully be specified, the state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction.

32. CONSUMER RIGHTS
